• The Helene Kröller-Müller and Rietveld apartments have a Queen-size bed (160×200 cm).
• All other apartments feature both a Queen-size bed (160×200 cm) and a King-size (canopy) bed (180×200 cm).
• No extra (single) beds are available. All double beds come with two single duvets.

Bike rental

• We do not rent out bikes ourselves.
• You can rent bicycles and e-bikes at the bike rental service near Arnhem Central Station (about a 15-minute walk).
• You can also rent bikes and e-bikes at Speedpedelecs, Koningsplein 13 (about a 5-minute walk. Please note: by appointment only).

Storing/charging bikes

• Bike storage is possible. We have limited indoor space; if full, bikes can be safely stored outside behind a locked gate.
• Charging e-bikes is possible, provided you are present and not during the night, for safety reasons.
• Feel free to let us know in advance if you are bringing bikes.

• Breakfast is delivered to your apartment door at a pre-arranged time.

• You can cancel free of charge up to one day before arrival.

• Personal welcome (14:00 – 20:00)
  If you let us know your estimated arrival time in advance, we will be there to personally welcome you.

• Key safe (after 20:00)
  If you arrive later, we will place the key in the key safe. On the day of arrival, you will receive the code and instructions to access the apartment.

• Early arrival (no check-in yet, but luggage drop-off & parking available)
  Would you like to arrive earlier? Check-in is not possible yet, but you can drop off your luggage, park your car, and pick up the key. This way, you can already explore Arnhem’s city center, and we’ll send you a message as soon as the apartment is ready.

• The church bells have been deactivated, so they will not ring during your stay.

• Each apartment’s front door is accessible by elevator or through the stairwell in the tower. Please note that the elevator is enclosed and not a glass elevator.

• The Louis Bonaparte and Roman Fort Grand apartments have all rooms on one level, except for the master bedroom, which has three steps leading to the open bathroom. (This is the second bathroom.)

• In all other apartments, the bedroom(s) and bathroom—including the toilet—can only be accessed via a spiral staircase.

• If you’ve booked a parking space, you can park directly in front of the church on our premises.

• Simply provide your license plate number in advance, and we’ll register it in our system. The barrier will then open automatically when you arrive.

• To enter or exit, simply drive up close to the barrier, and it will open automatically.

• Accommodation costs, tourist tax, and any breakfast and/or parking fees can be paid by card during check-in.

• Walburgis Church is a designated national monument, so smoking is not allowed anywhere inside.

• Smoking is also prohibited on balconies and near open windows.

• If needed, you may smoke outside near the entrance to the towers.
